| What I did during spring break:
Experience the time of my life in the country i fell in love with ...ITALY
After taking Italian Renaissance and Roman Medieval courses, i never
knew that i would actually come to Italy and see all the amazing art
and historical places. During our 12 day tour around Rome,
Venice, Florence, Sienna, and San Giminano,I had to constantly remind
myself that i was not looking at the pictures in my humanities textbook
but the actual thing is right here infront of me. The whole trip
wasw amazing!!! Every step and every glance around Italy was
breathtaking. I spent it with 40 other people whom i became
friends with and spent the most memorable time of my life.
♦Italian stilletos shoes = €60
♦A glass of Chianti Italian Red Wine =€ 6
♦Seeing the Pope one last time during the Easter Sunday mass in St, Peter's square, Vatican City, Rome = PRICELESS!

| The holidays are over and back to reality again. Back to school this Monday and back to the alternating schedule of school, work, and studying. Oh well..at least i was able to rejuvinate by getting lots of sleep (my eyebags disappeared!!) and just spending time at home with my family. This winter break definitely went by quick. Now its time to begin a new year and i better stick to my new year's resolution which is to get my priorities straight.
Welpz everyone..to those going back to school..hope you had time to catch up on your sleep and lay low on starbucks like me..hehe=) |
